Bring Food for the Feast
When we all sit and eat together, something magic happens. Fill your bellies with tasty delights, sip fine wines, laugh to some speeches and cheers to us all!

There will be fresh salads, dips and bread catered for us by the wonderful FED, so we just need a cheese and meat board per table, and some puds to share to turn it into a real feast. Vegan mains are catered for, but you could bring a pud if you like.

Volunteer for a Job
There are some crucial things that need to happen over the weekend to make the event work, so we can enjoy our day and see things go smoothly. Have a look at the jobs on the sheet below and put your name down for any number you'd like to help with, we can't have too much help! We will be adding more to the list as the date gets nearer and will send a reminder if there's any spots left.
Join the briefing on Friday evening after the BBQ, or when you arrive to hand over kit and answer any questions. ​
