Gifts & Contributions
We're not expecting any gifts, your time is a gift indeed! But please bring food & drinks - see info on the Food & Drink page. If you'd like to send us a note or contribute towards the weekend there'll be space to leave a card at the party field.
Volunteer to help us!
We don't have any staff over the weekend, so there is a host of jobs that help to make everything run smoothly, from meeting and greeting, to moving furniture, or keeping the water topped up. If you can offer some time, this would be greatly appreciated. We'll ask those of you who've offered to help with specific jobs, but if you see something that needs doing, please don't wait for someone else to sort it out. The field fairy is you!

Children
We'd love for your little ones to come along and enjoy the weekend with us if you'd like to bring them, or you could choose to come alone and enjoy the chance to let the ol' hair down - it's up to you! If the children are under 2 we haven't been able to allocate them a seat at the ceremony or the feast. At meal time on Saturday evening, a kids buffet will be served in the field and they can choose their own food and play whilst we eat if they want to, but there will be seats allocated for 2+. Feel free to nip up and down if they're all playing and need to be checked on etc.
PLEASE BRING TOYS AND FIELD GAMES TO ENTERTAIN THEM.
Waste & Glass
Please make sure you bag up your rubbish immediately to prevent it blowing away and us having to pick it out of bushes. We will have a rubbish & recycling collection on Monday, but you'd be doing us a favour if you took some with you as we have to pay for the amount collected.
Please help us recycle into the correct bins and don't mix rubbish into the recycling.
As we're on a farm we need to be careful with glass. We're fans of cans! You don't need a cup and you can crush & recycle straight away.

No doggies unfortunately, there's livestock nearby in fields.
