What's a celebration without food and drink?! We can't cater for your whole weekend, but will make sure there's plenty at some key moments...
Information
Saturday's lunch and dinner is covered including child friendly food. Please bring food for any other meals you might want, or visit local restaurants and cafes. Feel free to use the fridge trailer provided at the party field. There will be a space for shared items and a space for 'please don't touch' items. Friday
7 - 9pm BBQ in the field
BBQ in the field, we'll have vegan/veggie and meat BBQs fired up. If you'd like to eat with us please bring a little something to put on the BBQ and your own drinks for the night.
Saturday
9 - 10.30am Brekkie
If you're camping, there will be some breakfast items available. Please make your own and bring food to share with your campsite neighbours.
12pm The Ceremony
Reception following the ceremony, pasties and drinks for lunch. All dietry requirements are catered for, just ask the pasty people to serve you the right thing if you're GF/Veegs etc.
5 - 6.30pm The Feast
A sit down meal at the field, IMPORTANT: please bring your own fancy plate, cutlery and drinking vessel. If you're bringing food to share, please set up at 4.30, to start at 5pm. Sign up link above.
6.30pm Onwards - Party Party!
We will provide some drinks, but we know what you lot are like! Bring drinks for the weekend and to share. No glass in the field please, we're fans of cans. Bring late night snacks if you like that kind of thing.
Sunday
11am Brekkie
Let's get this cook on! Who's on beans beans beans?! Big breakfast cook up at the campsite, bring food to join in - feel free to use the fridge trailer to store your food over the weekend.
3pm Lunch
Please dig in to leftovers from the feast, eat whatever you can find!
8pm Curry Takeaway
If you'd like to order takeaway for dinner, there is an indian restaurant in Usk. Other options are also available. We could club together to make a large order, or you can cater for yourselves at the field.
